Entanglements in love and/or provocations in business dealings are the implications of a dream pertaining to machinery.
MACHINE GUN:
During the war or in military service it is natural to dream of guns, but apart from these situations the machine gun can be considered a symbol of the male sexual organ. See Gun.

LADDER:
The ladder is a symbol of the step-by-step method of achieving success. To dream that you ascend the ladder denotes some fulfillment of an ambition, depending upon the number of rungs that have been climbed. Falling or slipping from the ladder, reverses. A broken ladder threatens failure. See Falling.
LAKE:
Dreams of lakes are associated with romance, a time for pleasure. However, accidents modify the happy aspect of such a dream. A storm indicates conflicts; an overturned boat, confusion. A lake surrounded by abundant verdure, a desire to release an emotional or passionate urge. A lake with barren surroundings, fear of a financial crisis.
LAMB:
The lamb is a symbol of happiness if it is gracing peacefully or rollicking happily in the dream picture. A dead lamb signifies unfortunate news. A lost lamb, uncertainty and a struggle for a little security.
