Second Decan: October 3 – 12. Planet: Saturn
Persons born in this period are fair-minded and have a flare for scientific knowledge, but they are unsettled in disposition. Their ability to understand over people makes them natural leaders, but they are often shrewd enough to turn them to their own advantage. When swayed by Saturn’s moods, they show it chiefly in impatience, and will often use considerable daring effort to attain immediate goals.
