10.27.1 STARTING POINTS OF THE LINE OF SATURN
From the life line – success through one’s own resources and efforts. Might have some help from relatives or fiends. The date, approximately, can be gauged from the joining point on the life line. Marriages are sometimes calculated at this same point. For women this can also mean a very good career.
Staring inside the life line on the Mount of Venus – assistance from the family from the very start. This can be education and/or financial help to launch a business or career. There will, at least, be parental guidance, or an inheritance.
Cutting a beginning from the rascette, or the wrist lines — many difficulties to surmount before the ultimate is achieved.
From the mount of Luna — opportunity comes through channels outside the family circle. The imaginative qualities of Luna lend a restless urge that drives the mind to seek an unusual career. Many professional people have this type of line. If the line starts low on the mount, intuitive qualities are added. If the mount itself is large, or high, creative talent is present.
If the line starts higher on this mount area, travel could be included.
On Mars area — an adamant, forceful trait is added, but there is usually a branch line with this to determine the direction this trait may lead. It may be in connection with physical activity such as sports, either professional or amateur, or with the military services. Will power and personal drive would bring the desired aim no matter what the career might be.
From the middle of the palm, the head line or the heart line – the duration of the career is shorter and later in life.
