10.24.1 IRREGULARITIES OF THE HEAD LINE
Chained effect, mental problems, due to ill health, variable temperament. Wavy, uneven line, deceitful, unreliable, unable to cope with problems of life itself. Need for good companionship and guidance. Turned back at the end of the line, exaggerated egotism. Islands and slightly twisted, financial disappointments. Breaks in the line under Saturn, Apollo, or Mercury, unhappiness in personal or business relations. The more breaks, the more serious. If there is a parallel line underneath the break, complete harmony will resume. A square surrounding these breaks modifies the problem.
Beginning under the first finger, not at the edge where life line starts, conceit, overestimation of abilities or importance.
Several branches under the first finger, ambition enters every phase of life, self, family, and business; desire for wealth.
Beginning under Saturn finger (below that area) and under the heart line, there is no pride, very little ambition, and often a state of morbidity.
