Use the number chart shown above to evaluate the word representing the chief theme of the dream. Thus, with a dream of a house, the key would be:

H

O

U

S

E

1

5

Add each pair of figures in this five-figure number, thus: 8+6= 14. 6+3=9. 3+1=4. 1+5=6.

With a double figure (14) use only the last (4).

The result is a four-figure number: 4946.

Reduce that to a three-figure number; then to a two-figure number, and finally to a one-figure number.

If any number beds with “0,” change it to “1.” Whenever “0” appears as part of a number, keep it; but count it as “1” in making the next reduction. If the final reduction comes to “0” count it as “1.”

Thus:

H O U S E

8 6 3 1 5

 4 9 4 6

  3 3 0

   6 4

    1

Hence, the significant numbers with the word HOUSE are 86315, 4946, 330, 64, and 1.

As another example:

C L O U D

3 3 6 3 4

 6 9 9 7

  5 8 6

   3 4

    7

With CLOUD, the significant numbers are 33634, 6997, 586, 34, and 7. In this case, there was no need for figure substitutions because no zeros appeared.

But the “0” to “1” is well illustrated with:

P U R S E

7 3 9 1 5

1 2 0 6

 3 3 7

  6 0

   7

Here, beginning with 73915, we had 7 + 3 = 10. Being the first figure, the “1” was used instead of “0.” But with the 9+1=10, the zero was retained.

In the reduction of 1206 to 337, the “0” was treated as “1” to form the 2 + 1 and 1 + 6 resulting in 337.

In the formation of the next number (60) the

3 + 3 = 6 is followed by 3 + 7 = 10. So the zero is used for the 60, but in the next reduction it is treated as “1” so that the lone figure, 7, is the result of 6+1.

This is probably the most logical as well as the most practical system for determining so-called Lucky numbers. It allows for zeros and yet varies the reductions, so that anyone can pick a “lucky” number of one, two, or three figures, which seem to be the types most wanted in terms of dream interpretation.

Most other systems are not only illogical, but sometimes incoherent. With this one, you can form your own numbers as required and test them accordingly. But they should be regarded

as “significant” rather than “lucky.”

With simple three-letter words, the full interpretation is used to obtain the three-figure number. Others reduce as already described. For example:

B O Y

2 6 7

 8 3

  1
